Enjoyed a delightful stay with exemplary service from the restaurant team! Gaurav, Akshay, and Osama made my birthday special with a surprise dessert, complete with singing. The room offered comfort for relaxation after a busy day. Pro tip, Don’t miss their warm hospitality during meals!

Just a proper fit for a passing visit in Bickenhill with excellent value for money. My room was comfortable and I enjoyed a pleasant dinner in the restaurant. Book in advance to get a better rate.

The sink in my room had a stuck plug, and there was no maintenance available to fix it during my stay, which was pretty inconvenient. Plus, the sofa bed wasn't made up when we got there, requiring extra effort on our part after a long day, not ideal when tired kids are involved. Additionally, the overall bathroom facilities felt dated and could use an update to enhance comfort and accessibility.

We had a rough start with a messed-up flight, but the staff here really made things better. Gaurav was super welcoming and made our kids smile with a lil brownie treat. The pizza at the on-site restaurant was a hit, too. Only thing was the wifi was kinda slow at times, which was annoying.

The spacious room was nice, but housekeeping knocked too early.
